Jamie Standard was born and raised in Austell, Georgia, and began her love of sports at a young age, engaging in activities like baseball, basketball, softball, tennis, and cheerleading. Throughout her journey, she actively participated in her sons' sporting endeavors, progressing from a dedicated team mom to eventually assuming the role of President at a local little league baseball park. Jamie's extensive background revolves around sports operations, with a particular emphasis on baseball, reflected in her involvement in organizing tournaments and supporting little league associations through charitable efforts. Her career has gained her experience in Marketing, Event Planning, and IT but her primary focus remains on Operations and Human Resources. She holds the designation of Society of Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). In a significant development in 2022, Jamie took ownership of Atlanta Umpires, where she directs her attention toward enhancing technology, recruitment, training and all scheduling processes for the organization.
